Benefits
Pennies is a growing day nursery company which operates to a very high standard, both in the care we provide and the professionals we employ. We welcome applications by qualified professionals, in all areas of nursery care. We offer exciting opportunities for nursery professionals (including those wishing to return to their nursery career) who wish to work in an optimum environment and share their skills and experience as part of an effective team.
We care about the people who work in our team. We offer an excellent salary and associated benefits package with pensions and bonus scheme. We also work with our staff to identify opportunities for career development and encourage them to take additional qualifications. We have often been complemented for our innovative approach to staff development and the varied opportunities on offer. Our staff have developed expertise in – amongst other things – first aid, photography, marketing and running a business.
We are looking for staff willing to take on the responsibility of the “Pennies family”. We want every Pennies child to experience the very best care every day. In our most recent Ofsted report for Newnham Court we received the following praise:
“The management team and staff work extremely effectively together and share a clear aim to provide the best possible service to children and their families. They are generally extremely successful in this ambition, creating a wonderfully inviting and positive environment. A strong commitment to self-evaluation and ongoing staff training ensures that practices are constantly adapting to reflect current requirements”.
